So I just finished uploading one of my Full Day of Eating ("FDOE") videos up on my keto channel and I thought I would share a quick blog post on the deets. I break down my meals for the day along with my overall macro nutrients, totaling 17g of net carbs. Amazing! I've already lost 3 lbs. of water weight this week and am so excited to get down to my goal weight.
Meal No. 1:
- coffee
- cream
- two packets of truvia
- 2 eggs
- 1 ounce of cheddar
- 1 tbls Salsa
- 1 tbls Sour Cream
Meal No. 2:
- Salami
- Cello Cheese
- 4 medium Strawberries
- 6 ounces of Prosecco
Meal No. 3:
- 1 Serving of Curried Shrimp w/broccolini (recipe serves 3):
- 16 oz Jumbo Shrimp
- 1/2 can of coconut milk
- 4 ounces Broccolini
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp hot chili oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
