Happy FREE Printables Day! I have been loving my weekly meal plan insert purchased from the Summer Luvin Bundle so I thought I would create a similar one to share with you.
Meal planning has been the main source of losing my baby weight. Mapping out what I'll be eating ahead of time makes it less likely for me to order pizza or hit up the drive through. Let's be honest, I still have days off where I eat out or order in, but planning ahead makes it harder for me to cheat on my "diet."
The printable below is sized to fit my laminated bookmark as shown in the thumbnail picture. However, you can resize, laminate, or create a sticker out if it.
